Eric Stotz

Eric N. Stotz – Founder, Chairman & President

Mr. Stotz is a graduate of the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurship.  Prior to founding Karma, Stotz founded Omni Identity, Inc., a leading provider of biometric authentication systems to financial institutions in the United States.  He is widely regarded as an industry pioneer in advanced authentication and security technologies for financial services.  Stotz is an early stage investor in several companies and a board member of Do As One, a non-profit organization serving and connecting humanity by establishing a legacy of healthy, conscious breathing.  Mr. Stotz is passionate about philanthropy, sailing, motorcycles, investing, traveling, meeting like-minded people and creating abundance for the world. As an engaging speaker and internationally recognized expert on philanthropy, technology and event production, he is quoted in television, print and online media around the world.

Dylan Marer

Dylan Marer – CEO & Executive Producer

Mr. Marer has been in the event business for over 20 years, producing hundreds of innovative, exclusive and large-scale events throughout the world. Some of his most notable events have been for charity. Mr. Marer is the principal owner of Ascendant Marketing and Media, LLC, a turnkey production, marketing and distribution company located in Long Beach, CA. Mr. Marer’s skill set includes all types of production, post production, development of television, radio and internet media campaigns, securing revenue enhancement and continuity partners, value-added promotional opportunities, and partnerships with mass retailers.  He has successfully produced and developed marketing campaigns, collateral, sales and training media, product packaging, and the fulfillment and distribution strategies for a wide variety of corporate clients for direct sales and retail product campaigns. Clients include American Idol, National Lampoon Networks, Planetwide Games, Sylvester Stallone, Rachel York, Rockstar Energy Drink and the World Poker Tour to name a few. As a devout Member and Executive Producer of Karma, it is his mission to give 100% of his creativity and experience to enhancing all of Karma’s extraordinary events and initiatives as it rapidly grows throughout the world.

Marvin Epstein

Marvin L. Epstein – Executive Vice President

Marvin Epstein is an accomplished serial entrepreneur. As the founder and president of the private equity firm I.A.T. Capital, his areas of success include sports, entertainment, film financing, and new media technology. In 2005, Marvin became a principal and partner of Karma. He has created a platform of services and strategic partners for the member-only organization, including the development of numerous charity, hospitality and media relationships. Marvin has raised awareness and hundreds of thousands of dollars for a variety of deserving non-profit organizations. As a board member of several charities and an experienced public speaker, his goal is to inspire fellow entrepreneurs and future leaders about unique and effective business strategies that will benefit charities and improve the lives of others. His passion remains to positively impact the world and lay the groundwork for a better overall environment.
