Eric N. Stotz – Founder, Chairman & President
Mr. Stotz is a graduate of the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurship. Prior to founding Karma Foundation, Stotz founded Omni Identity, Inc, a leading provider of biometric authentication systems to financial institutions in the United States. He is widely regarded as an industry pioneer in advanced authentication and security technologies for financial services. Stotz is also the CEO and co-creator of Do As One, a non-profit organization focused on serving and connecting humanity by establishing a legacy of healthy, conscious breathing. Mr. Stotz is passionate about philanthropy, sailing, motorcycles, traveling, meeting like-minded people and creating abundance for the world. As an engaging speaker and internationally recognized expert on philanthropy, technology and event production, he is quoted in television, print and online media around the world.
Dylan Marer
Dylan Marer – CEO & Executive Producer
Mr. Marer has been in the event business for over 20 years, producing hundreds of innovative, exclusive and large-scale events throughout the world. Some of his most notable events have been for charity. Mr. Marer is the principal owner of Ascendant Marketing and Media, LLC, a turnkey production, marketing and distribution company located in Long Beach, CA. Mr. Marer’s skill set includes all types of production, post production, development of television, radio and internet media campaigns, securing revenue enhancement and continuity partners, value-added promotional opportunities, and partnerships with mass retailers. He has successfully produced and developed marketing campaigns, collateral, sales and training media, product packaging, and the fulfillment and distribution strategies for a wide variety of corporate clients for direct sales and retail product campaigns. Clients include American Idol, National Lampoon Networks, Planetwide Games, Sylvester Stallone, Rachel York, Rockstar Energy Drink and the World Poker Tour to name a few. As a devout Member and Executive Producer of the Karma Foundation, it is his mission to give 100% of his creativity and experience to enhancing all of the Karma Foundation’s extraordinary events and initiatives as it rapidly grows throughout the world.
Marvin Epstein
Marvin L. Epstein – Executive Vice President
Mr. Epstein has nearly 20 of years of experience in business development and finance including, investment banking, sales, marketing and management. Prior to Karma Foundation, he was most recently the founder and President of IAT Capital, a boutique firm focused on private equity investments in technology and consumer products businesses. His core expertise is in fund-raising and strategic alliances for companies in growth stages with experienced management teams. Mr. Epstein’s successes in venture capital in the late 90’s lead him to become a founding partner and Senior Vice-President of M.A.G. Capital, a registered investment advisor managing a family of funds that make direct investments into small and mid-cap public markets. Epstein graduated with a degree in Business Administration from California State University Long Beach and has continued to reach out to college students through his charter membership on the board of Young Professionals Global Network. Mr. Epstein is currently an active board member of several non-profit organizations where his passions are geared toward improving the lives of children. Epstein oversees Karma Foundation’s philanthropy initiatives and strategic business development efforts.
