Karma

“Karma”

Every action we take generates a force of energy that returns to us in kind. When we consciously choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of our karma is happiness and success.

The word “karma” stems from the Sanskrit verb kri, to do. Although karma signifies action, it also corresponds to the results of action. Whatever acts we have performed or actualized and whatever thoughts we have contemplated have created an impression, both in our minds and in the universe around us. The universe gives back to mankind what we have given to it – as one sows, so shall one reap.
