Le Belvedere: The stunning mansion of Kandyland VII 2012
In creating the seventh annual Kandyland, here at the Karma Foundation, we wanted to throw in a few surprises while staying true to our mission – bringing together influential executives and entrepreneurs with luxury events and experiences, while creating a pay-it-forward twist. In order to create the ultimate indulgence and make a lasting impression with the first Kandyland outside the Playboy Mansion, we knew we had to find a venue of unparalleled luxury. After a long search, Kandyland VII will be held at Le Belvedere, an opulent mansion in Beverly Hills.
In 2009, Le Belvedere was listed on the market for $85 million, making it one of the most expensive estates in the world and topping the charts in the United States real estate market. Built originally by Mohamed Hadid, a real estate developer who is known for his creation of posh homes, the estate has no shortage of amenities. Le Belvedere and its’ 2.2 acre grounds include, among many other luxuries, a swan pond, rose gardens, an infinity pool, limousine garages, an outdoor kitchen, and a 5,000 bottle wine cellar. And for one night only, rooms including the Grand Ballroom, the Moroccan VIP Room, the Turkish Bath and the Venetian Theater will be Kandy themed and decorated.
Imagine, for one unforgettable night, rubbing elbows in the 48,000 square foot palace with hundreds of beautiful guests, favorite celebrities, and jetsetters who make Kandyland a must-attend event and a rousing success each and every year.
